Bloom with Creativity – Make a 3D Flower with Your Uni3D Pen

Looking for a fun, beginner-friendly 3D pen project that kids can complete in under 30 minutes? This simple standing flower is cheerful, colorful, and super easy to make using the Uni3D Pen. With just three filament colors—yellow, red, and green—you’ll have a cute decoration that’s great for gifting, classroom displays, or just bringing a little spring to your desk.

Start with the yellow petals. Draw five to six long oval shapes on paper, about 2 cm each. Use your Uni3D Pen to trace and fill them in using yellow filament. Once cooled, gently curve them upward with your fingers to give them a soft petal shape.

Next, create a red center for the flower. Draw a small circle with red filament and build it up with a few layers to make it slightly raised. Attach the petals one by one around the red center using small dots of filament. Hold each petal in place for a few seconds until it sets.

Now draw the stem using green filament—a straight line around 5–6 cm long, reinforced with multiple layers to keep it strong. Once done, connect it to the back of the flower.

To make the flower stand, draw a small round green base, like a little disc. Attach the bottom of the stem to this base and hold it steady until it hardens. Optionally, you can add a green leaf or two to the stem for extra detail.

And that’s it—your flower is ready to bloom! This is a perfect introduction to 3D drawing for younger creators. Ready to try it out? Grab your Uni3D Pen at: https://unicornglasgow.com/collections/3d-printing-pens
