Refund policy
1. Right to Cancel
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, takes physical possession of the last goods.

3. Effects of Cancellation
If customers cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from them, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if customers chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about their decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as customers used for the initial transaction, unless they have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, customers will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Customers shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address above, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if customers send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
4. Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by customers.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
The goods must be returned intact, unused, and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts. Products that are damaged or show signs of significant use will not be accepted for return.
