2. Inventory and Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

3. Delivery Destinations

Our products are available for delivery to addresses within the UK and internationally. We currently do not offer shipping services outside of the UK unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping Times

We endeavor to process orders within 7 business days from the date of order placement, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.

Once shipped, the expected delivery times are as follows:

· UK Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (Free)

· UK Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (£3.77)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected delivery method. You can view the shipping charges by adding items to your cart and proceeding to the checkout page.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas or for large or heavy items. Any additional fees will be clearly indicated on the checkout page.

6. Damaged Items in Transit

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
