1. Introduction

Welcome to UNICORN GLOW LTD. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by UNICORN GLOW LTD through our website www.unicornglowltd.com ("Website") to consumers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Contract of Sale

All orders placed on www.unicornglowltd.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without liability. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the details of your purchase. This email serves as an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and UNICORN GLOW LTD for the sale of our products will only be formed when we dispatch the product(s) to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We take reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay will be the price applicable at the time your order is accepted.

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon acceptance of your order and before dispatch of the goods.

4. Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address provided by you at the time of order placement. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in delivery once the goods have been dispatched.

5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a Contract within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing or by email. You are responsible for returning the goods in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

6. Liability

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these terms is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

7. Changes to the GTCS

We reserve the right to modify these GTCS at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.unicornglowltd.com. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the modified GTCS.
