Looking for a creative way to get kids off screens and into something hands-on? With the French Open heating up, we thought—why not turn that tennis fever into a fun little project?
Using our Uni3D printing pen, we made a mini tennis racket from scratch. It’s easy, fun, and a great way to introduce kids to 3D design!
What You’ll Need:
- A Uni3D Pen from UnicornGlasgow.com
- PLA Filament (we used green and yellow!)
- A pencil and paper for sketching
- A bit of patience and creativity
How We Did It:
- Sketch the shape of a small tennis racket on paper.
- Trace the outline with your 3D pen—frame first!
- Add the strings across the center using crisscross lines.
- Draw the handle, and wrap it with a different color for a cool grip.
- (Optional) Make a matching mini tennis ball for extra flair!
Whether your kid is a tennis fan or just loves fun little challenges, this is the perfect weekend craft. And hey, you might even inspire the next Serena or Federer 😉
